Ice Cube's unsuccessful attempt at merging rap and video games. It did poorly due to bad distribution and the strange themes of the game (thanks to quirky Japanese company UPL). Ice Cube did score big more than ten years later with the movie version of the game, though. Note: portions of Parappa the Rapper are virtually identical to Friday, except Ice Cube's face is turned into a puppy dog and the marijuana leaf on his red cap is changed to a frog.
